Best Ice Cream: Ashley’s Ice Cream

This charming little shop has been serving Guilford residents their homemade ice cream for around 20 years. The delicious ice cream is made from fresh ingredients and contains no artificial preservatives or coloring, making it perfect for a cold summer snack.

Best Frozen Yogurt: sweetFrog

Starting in 2009, sweetFrog establishments allow their customers to self-serve frozen yogurt, with an array of flavor options and toppings. If you’re craving frozen yogurt one of these hot summer days, head down to sweetFrog on Boston Post Road. Keep your eyes peeled on your way in, you may even bump into the sweetFrog mascot!

Located off the green, Hen & Heifer brings a sweet slice of Paris to our own Connecticut town. This cozy bakery offers French-inspired baked goods, cakes, tarts, and other sweets.

Best Deli: The Marketplace at Guilford Food Center

Formerly The Guilford Food Center, The Marketplace recently came under new ownership. However, the quality of the deli inside the store seems to remain unchanged in the eyes of Guilford students.
